New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo is expected to be declared winner of the 2016 elections after media projections put him well ahead of incumbent, President John Mahama.

The projected victory of Nana Addo brings to a close a very long campaign in which many strategies were deployed.

Key among these strategies were the use of catchy slogans.

While President Mahama's campaign mainly used the 'JM Toaso' slogan meaning 'JM continue', Akufo-Addo's campaign used 'Nana Beba' which means 'Nana will come' and have also been saying 'JM Twaso', meaning 'JM discontinue' in reference to their opponent's slogan.

These slogans seem to have caught on well with people abroad.

In a hilarious video, some Chinese kids believed to be pupils of a Ghanaian teacher are seen being thought to mention the 'Nana Beba' and 'JM Twaso' slogans and they are learning with some excitement.
