The two biggest clubs in Ghana, Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak would clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium today in the G6 tournament.
The two would lock horns in a bid to secure a place in the finals of the competition with Aduana who beat Bechem United on Saturday to book their place at the finals.
Obviously, a game between the two arch rivals go beyond just qualifying but more to do with having the bragging rights over each other.
Hearts and Kotoko would approach the game with hopes of giving their fans something to cheer about ahead of the league season.
The Phobians in recent times have had the upper hand over Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium while Kotoko have enjoyed some good time at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Hearts would therefore be beaming with confidence ahead of the game but Kotoko would also be hoping to get to the finals and defend the title they won last year.
It promises to be an exciting game with both teams expected to give fans and football enthusiasts a feel of what they have in stock for the upcoming season.
