Chelsea came from a goal behind to beat Manchester 3-1 away at the Etihad Stadium in their Week 14 clash on Saturday.
City took the lead just before the first half closed after Chelsea defender Gary Cahill scored at the wrong side to end the entertaining first half 1-0 in favour of the home side.
Chelsea, however, rallied in the second half and equalised in the 60th minute through Diego Costa.
Ten minutes later, Willian put Chelsea in the lead  with low strike after some good work by Costa on the counter.
With City pouring men forward in search of an equaliser, another Chelsea counter sealed the victory.
After soaking much pressure from City, a long ball forward in added time found in-form Eden Hazard who sped past Kolarov to score.
The win leaves Chelsea four points clear at the top with second-placed Liverpool on 30 points having played a game less.
