Democratic Republic of Congo President, Joseph Kabila last Saturday dismissed his minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza, for masturbating in his office.

The 54-year-old cabinet minister was caught in a 4 minutes, 27 seconds video which went viral on Thursday April 28, with his pants down, masturbating right in front of the President's portrait and the country's flag.
A happy looking Sebineza who used a piece of white cloth to wipe the semen after the masturbation dumped the cloth in a dustbin and resumed his work.
His sacking came after some  a social media campaign with the hastag #SebinezaMustGo was started to oust him.
