4X4 is coming back soon - Captain Planet hints

Rapper and leader of the defunct music group, 4×4, Captain Planet, has hinted of a possible comeback of the group. 

There have been rumours that the music group collapsed due to them fighting over some women, even though they have denied such reports stating that they decided to embark on a solo project after they came to an understanding that they should try their the luck in pursuing a solo career since they have been a group for a long time.

Two founding members, Captain Planet and Coded, embarked on solo careers releasing their own songs which cemented the rumors that they have really gone their separate ways.

But commenting on the state of the group, Captian Planet in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM stated that, they are coming back because people say it has been a while since they released a song.

According to Captain Planet, he has spoken to Fresh Prince, also a member of the group, who is currently in the US, on plans to have him return to Ghana so they can work on their comeback.



He noted that “4×4 has not been active for the past four years” and believes that it will take a lot of work to redeem their lost glory.

The rapper said because of their long hiatus, “we would need to work hard,” to make the needed impact when they return.
