Zylofon Media has announced a temporary shutdown of its live programmes on both TV and radio.

In a press statement published on their official social media handles on Sunday, January 9, 2022, management said the decision was taken to allow management to carry out some engineering work at the stations as well as certain structural changes to their operations.

However, the media house added that in the absence of the live shows, viewers and listeners will be treated to other entertaining content until they return.

As a result of the shutdown, the two channels will not resume regular programming on Monday, January 10, 2022, as previously stated.

Live programmes are expected to resume starting Monday, March 28, 2022.

The move by Zylofon Media follows a wave of resignations by some of the station's presenters.

Sammy Flex, Blakk Rasta, Kwadwo Boateng Cosby, Sintim Koree Chaskele, and Isaac Asempa in recent months.
