A picture posted on social media from H&M has received severe backlash from social media enthusiasts who deem it to be discriminatory against the black race.
The H&M outfit put on by a young African model had the inscription “the coolest monkey in the jungleâ€
Several celebrities around the world took to social media to express how disrespectful and disappointing they are in the image from the clothing line.
               
In a statement, H&M rendered an unequivocal apology to their stakeholders for a poorly judge product and image.
However, the mother of the boy whose picture was used in advertising the new hoodie for children on the H&M website sees nothing wrong with the picture and the inscription.
