Singer, Rihanna has become the third most successful artiste in terms of 'Top 10 Hits' on the Billboard’s Hot 100 chart after her track 'Love on the brain' climbed five places to No. 8 on the chart this week.

It's a huge achievement for the 29-year-old singer, who was tied in third place with Michael Jackson for the most top 10 singles with 29 each, as it not only marks her 30th top 10 hit but also puts her in an elite group of musicians.

According to Billboard, the popularity of “Love on the Brain,” from her Album Anti which was released in 2016, has made Rihanna only one of three acts to have earned at least 30 top 10 hits. Madonna has the most with 38, followed by The Beatles with 34.

Billboard reports Rihanna’s first top 10 track was “Pon De Replay” in July of 2005.

The publication also points out she has the second-fastest accumulation of hits, as it only took her 10 years and seven months to break the 30 mark.

It took The Beatles only five years and nine months, while Madonna had to wait 12 years and eight months.
