BET award winner, Sarkodie has fired a thinly-veiled criticism at Lord Kenya, after the musician-turned pastor urged him to stop bragging because he was not the best rapper in Ghana.

In Lord Kenya's view, Sarkodie does not have enough albums yet to qualify him as the best rapper.

According to the former Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year winner, Okyeame Kwame was more deserving of that accolade.

“You don’t become the best rapper in one year, it’s for decades. Before we say someone is the best, do you know how many years he has to work for it? To be honest, how many albums does he [Sarkodie] have? I’m asking them to stop bragging…he [Sarkodie] hasn’t arrived yet and has to take his time… Okyeame Kwame is the best because he knows what he is doing,” Lord Kenya told Takoradi-based Empire FM last week.

However, Sarkodie, appeared to jab Lord Kenya in a post of Facebook, which sought to promote his new album, Take It Back:
