Nigerian-based Ghanaian actress, Ella Mensah has disclosed that she paid huge sum of money for injections in order to become fair.Â
Some women in Africa have the belief that being fair in complexion enhances their beauty, Ella Mensah in an interview with Delay said she was born a black woman but decided to pay for injection over £1,000 just to bleach her skin.
According to snippets of Ella Mensah's interview with Delay, she said it depends on the kind of type skin complexion you want and its money saying they have an injection for half cast, normal toning among others.
"For me, I don't use creams, I take in injections which is very expensive with some £1,000 and £1,500 and it all depends on the kind of fair you want to be. we have half cast, we have normal toning so you chose the one you want" she said.Â
