Zylofon TV owned by embattled Menzgold CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1), has resumed full operations after being suspended by the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) on January 30, 2019. 

After two weeks of suspension, Zylofon TV is live again while the radio wing will be starting operations soon. The management of Zylofon TV  took to Instagram to announce their return.

With the return of Zylofon TV, it is still unknown whether EOCO has given them the leeway to start operating.

Meanwhile, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1), Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the troubled gold dealership company, Menzgold, and also owner of Zylofon TV will make his third court appearance in Dubai on Thursday, February 14, where he is facing a misdemeanor charge over a US$23 million deal, gone bad.

He is currently being held on remand at the Al Barsha police cell.

The criminal charge of the misdemeanor in Dubai is equivalent to a Second Degree Felony in Ghana and if found guilty he could spend up to two years in prison.
