Pastor's wife butchered to death while preaching at dawn

A mother of seven, Deaconess Eunice Olawale, was butchered to death by some unidentified persons while preaching in the morning at Gbazango community in Kubwa satellite town in Bwari council area in  Abuja, Nigeria in the early hours of Saturday July 9th. 

The apex court has spoken, we shall obey- EC

After the Supreme Court’s ruling on May 5, 2016 asking the Electoral Commission (EC) to with immediate effect delete the names of NHIS registrants from the current register, the EC per a statement issued and signed by Georgina Opoku Amankwaa, Deputy Chair, Corporate Services on Friday July 8 said: “The Electoral Commission welcomes the specific directives given by the Supreme Court on Tuesday, July 5, 2016, regarding those, who registered as voters in 2012 using the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) cards as evidence of their citizenship.”
