One person has been confirmed dead at Tarkwa junction on the Suame Magazine road after a truck with registration no. GB - 8466 -12 loaded with flour run into a faulty stationary fuel tanker with registration no. 11 - GP - 2088 parked on the side around 3am.
There was no warning triangle to show drivers and other road users of impending danger.
