Report reaching some section of the media suggest the Editor-in-chief of AL-hajj newspaper Alhaji Bature is dead.
Sources close to the family confirmed to journalists that he passed away today January 5, 2018.
He reportedly died at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital Friday morning.
It is unclear what caused the demise of the outspoken journalist and sympathizer of the supporter of the opposition National Democratic Congress but sources say he has been unwell for some time now.
Bature was a regular panel member on Adom TV’s political talkshow often arguing with NPP firebrand Kennedy Agyapong.
