According to Justice Akufo, the magistrate courts would also help to cater for the litigation that would arise in communities where government's One District, One Factory would be sited.

"One of the things I would be looking at during my brief period in office would be to make sure that the magistrate courts are going to be good and as efficient as the high courts in the cities."

She added that the factories that would be built would come along with substantial economic activities that could easily breed dispute. Quality justice will be required to deal with the situation.

"When people are interacting economically, there is always dispute but the judiciary would be poised to meet those challenges," she concluded
