A Landlord, whose name was given as Mr Oppong, has killed his physically-challenged female tenant at Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region.
It followed the alleged failure of the tenant, Nana Konadu, to flush the toilet after use, according to a report by Accra-based Rainbow Radio
The Landlord is said to have confronted her over her failure to flush the toilet, prompting Nana Konadu to insult him.
The landlord, out of anger, then struck her head with a metallic object, the report said.
Nana Konadu reportedly complained of pains and was sent to the hospital, but she died three days after the attack.
The landlord is said to have fled and is being sought by the police.
