The Montie 3 as they have come to be known will know their fate in the coming hours when Supreme Court justices offer their sentence which could change the life cause of the contemnors.

Montie FM panellists, Godwin Ako Gunn and Alistair Nelson with the look on of show host, Salifu Masse threatened to kill judges who ordered the deletion of over 56,000 NHIS registrants from the voters register.

The three together with the frequency owners were found to be in contempt of the Apex court on July, 18 with sentencing set for toady which could be a  jail term or fine.

A Lawyer for the contemnors Godwin Tamakloe has on behalf of his clients apologised specifically to Justice Sule Gbadegbe and Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Wood who were specifically mentioned in the threatening comments while the contemnors have publicly retracted the offensive statements made.

Mr Tamakloe has further rendered that his clients are first time offenders and custodial sentence would crush them.
