GJA Photojournalist of the Year David Andoh picked out some female politicians who were present during the vetting of some ministers nominated by the President, John Mahama.

The Legislature on Monday began vetting President John Mahama’s ministerial nominees in accordance with its oversight role of the Executive.

Parliament’s Appointment Committee would be seeking to establish the suitability of the nominees for the job.

President John Mahama reshuffled his ministers last month, a move that saw former Chief of Staff, Prosper Douglas Bani, making a comeback into the mainstream of his administration as minister designate for the Interior.

The President also appointed a Management and Integrated Rural Development Specialist, Kenneth Wujangi, as a Deputy Chief of Staff (Operations) at the Flagstaff House.

Parliament has asked the appointees appearing for the vetting process to come to the House with up to 10 people to support them.
