Prez Akufo Addo’s address will be different from the others – Hamid

Information Minister, Mustapha Hamid, has stated that President Akufo-Addo’s first State of the Nation Address (SONA) in Parliament today February 21 2017 will be different from previous addresses by former Presidents.

"It will be quite a little bit of departure from the way other state of the nation addresses had done where other Presidents basically take the country sector by sector and give an account the state of the nation."

President Akufo Addo is expected to disclose to Ghanaians through the Members of Parliament the “true state” of the nation his government inherited from the erstwhile John Mahama administration.

The President’s speech today will mainly center on the economy, health, education, power,  amongst other
