Video: Richard Kingson reveals how he rejected $300,000 bribe during World Cup in Germany

Believe it or not, the nation can confirm that there is corruption in football administration in Ghana and the world at large and Richard Kingson has just confirm that perception.

This is because, Ghanaians did not take it serious but a former goalkeeper of the Senior National Team, the Black Stars, Richard kingson, confessed at the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Nigeria that he was once offered bribe to allow him to be scored but he refused.

In a live telecast on ‘Emmanuel TV’, Richard Kingson, who was flanked by his wife said in the 2016 World Cup in Germany, when Ghana was about to play Czech Republic, revealed that some unknown people approached him and offered him $300,000.00 bribe to allow himself to be scored.

He revealed that if they had won the game, they were going to receive $8,000 or $10,000 but the people were ready to offer him $300,000.

“A Ghanaian led me to some people to take a bribe. It was this woman who delivered me and delivered Ghana from it. I was confused and I did not know what to do. My wife told me I don’t love you because of your money or property or anything, I just love you as a human being”, Kingson, the current Goal Keepers trainer for Black Stars revealed.
