The Wenchi Magistrate Court in the Brong Ahafo Region has fined two motor-tricycle riders, known as ‘Okada’ GHS1, 800.00 each for violation of the road traffic regulations.
The accused Persons are Adams Sali 22 and Habib Adams 23.
Police Prosecutor, Chief Inspector John Atikpo told the presiding Judge, Vivian Yamusa Laroba, that the accused persons were riding unregistered motor- tricycles without licenses.
They both pleaded guilty to the offense and were Fined GHS. 3,600.00 or in default, serve 12 months in prison.
