PPPs’ suit on filing fees dismissed by court

The battle between the Electoral Commission(EC) and the Progressive People Party(PPP) has taken a new twist after an Accra High Court has dismissed a suit filed by the PPP, challenging the EC’s “exorbitant” filing fees for nominees of the 2016 general elections.
