The Communications Director deputy for Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom NDC Mr Edward Mortey a.k.a General has descended on President Akufo-Addo on statements he made in 2012 in a debate that's he will use the Anas principle to fight and tackle corruption in Ghana.

Mr Edward Mortey debunked those claims on an Accra based broadcast media KFM TV on the Ghana Nti morning show and said:

"The Anas principle we all know is name, shame, and jail" but Nana Addo today is conspiring, conniving and clearing"

We have had huge scandals like the Ameri deal which the erstwhile NDC john Dramani Mahama administration acquired through the BOOT agreement of $510 million. Nana Addo and the NPP told us in opposition it amounted to corruption, hence look into the matter when they come to power

Lo and behold they came to power, set up a committee led by lawyer Addison, finally after the review, the amount ballooned from $510,000,000 to $1.25 billion how on earth can this happen.

There came another international embarrassment on Ghana in an Australian visa scandal involving Former Deputy Sports Minister Pius Hadzide and till date, all we had from the president is "Pius has been reinstated " a statement he made at the Koforidua congress

Another scandal which rocked the country was the $89 million Kelni GVG deal scandal by the Communication Ministry under the Ursula owusu.

The controversial $89 million contract is expected to block revenue losses in the telecommunication sector and simbox fraud and IMANI Africa argued that the contract which was signed on December 27, 2017, is a duplication of jobs and a needless drain on the country’s scarce resources.

Again we were all in this country and over 1.5 million litres of fuel vanished into thin air at BOST and nothing has been done.

The recent one which is more alarming and disturbing is the #13 Anas video on Galamsey, where appointment holders under the clueless incompetent Nana Addo administration are cited in the video collecting bribes and aiding private companies to beat the mining regulations in the country.

Charles Bissue who has since resigned as the Secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal mining is a concert man thinking we the over 26 million living Ghanaians in their right thinking senses will believe and accept his one-page letter of stepping aside

It is also clear now that corruption begins at the Jubilee house and ends right there.

And looking at developments and based on these premises Nana Addo style of fighting corruption is not far from the crawling snail" Mr Mortey added.
