Ex-Bechem United forward, Abednego Tetteh, has refuted media reports suggesting he has signed for the Continental Club Masters, Accra Hearts of Oak.

In an interview on Fox Fm, the skilful forward, expressed disgust at such reportage describing it as a complete falsehood and must be treated with the contempt it deserves.

Earlier reports in the media claimed the former Hilal Obeid attacker, has been seen training with the Phobians at the Pobiman training grounds.

However, the 27-year-old attacker, who claims to have been born into a Phobian family, hurriedly rejected such claims and surprisingly revealed of not knowing the location of the said training field.

He, thus, confirmed of speaking at length with the one-time champions of Africa but stated certain contractual engagements are yet to be finalised.

Backing his claim of being a childhood fan of this beautiful club, Abednego wasted no time in chanting the “Arose Arose” anthem to the admiration of many on the request of the interviewer.

Tetteh watched the 107th-anniversary match between Hearts of Oak and Inter Allies of which the rainbow coloured giants lost by a goal to two.
