Chief Executive Officer of Aduana Stars Albert Commey has revealed that he had issues with the tactical setup of head coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi following the team's defeat to ASEC Mimosas in the CAF Confederations Cup.

Aduana who needed all three points were booted out of the CAF Confederations Cup competition by two first-half goals by Gbagnon Anicet Badie and  Braciano Ta Bi.

The home side who were missing 8 of their top players could not recover as they succumbed to their first ever defeat at the Nana Agyeman Badu park in their African campaign.

In the dissection of the defeat, Albert Commey questioned the formation of coach Kenichi, claiming the Japanese should have used a formation to produce attacking football at home.

"I think that the team did not gel well," Commey said. "I also have issues with the coach’s system that he played. 4-1-4-1 if you are playing at home I think it is more of a defensive than attacking. Yesterday I asked those questions but he is the coach and he decided to go by those formulas."

"For me, I have to be very honest and praise ASEC Mimosas. In the first leg, we[Aduana] dominated them but they scored one goal, little did I know that they will come and continue what they did by scoring two goals."

Albert Commey's Aduana Stars will play their final game in the CAF Confederations Cup against Raja Casablanca in Morocco.
