Black Stars midfielder Mubarak Wakaso his upbeat about Ghana's chances of seeing off Tunisia in the round of 16 tie on Monday.
Ghana will be locking horns with the Carthage Eagles who they have a superior head-to-head record than on July 8, at 7:00pm. In the seven outings against the two sides, the north African side have not won a single game with their best only been a draw.
In the lead up to the knockout stage, the Carthage Eagles did not record any win during the group stages, qualifying as one of the third best-placed team.
However, Mubarak Wakaso who won the Man-of-the-Match accolade against Guinea-Bissau says they are adamant to keep their unbeaten record against Tunisia intact.
“We are all determined. We are working so that we can achieve what brought us here.
“We have watched them. We know how they play. We have made up our mind that we are going to beat every team we come up against.
“We are moving match after the match, so we are still looking forward to prove to people we can do itâ€
