Three Uganda referees have arrived in Ghana for CAF Confederation Cup return leg encounter between Asante Kotoko and Kenyan side Karionbangi Sharks on Saturday.

The 32-year-old Mashood SSali will be assisted on the lines by countrymen, Lee Okello (first assistant) and Balikoowa Musa Ngobi (second assistant).

Martin Gomez will act as the match commissioner.

SSali oversaw the CAF Champions League game between Rayon Sports and Young Africans earlier this year.

He became FIFA International referee four years ago.

The trio touched down at the Kotoka International Airport on Wednesday afternoon.

They were met on arrival by the club's Deputy Accra Representative Nana Kwame Dankwah and flew out to Kumasi hours later.

The fourth referee and Match Commissioner are said to be on their way to the country.

Kotoko will face Sharks in the preliminary qualifying round second leg tie after the first leg ended in a goalless draw in Kenya.

The match will be played on Saturday, December 22 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi at 3:30 pm.
