Ghana will be unable to host the WAFU Zone B Africa U17 Championships as earlier scheduled by CAF.
The West African state has been stripped off the hosting rights following government interference in the administration of the sport as a result of the rot discovered by investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
Niger has been the reserve as the new hosts but CAF will confirm or name a new host for the WAFU Zone B Africa U17 Championships in the coming days.
The tournament is a new format being employed by CAF to have all regional blocks duly represented in the U17 Championships.
CAF has introduced a new format, this will see only the winners of the regional tournaments qualify for the CAF U17 finals.

Ghana will battle seven other countries in WAFU Zone B for the sole qualification ticket to the Africa U17 Championships to be hosted by Tanzania.
