Diminutive winger Maxwell Ekow Baakoh is highly optimistic Asante Kotoko will accumulate the maximum points when they clash with Nkana FC on Sunday.
Baakoh is not scared of Nkana's phenomenal 46-years unbeaten run at the Nkana Stadium in all CAF club competitions and is beaming in confidence for a victory ahead of the big game on Sunday, February 24.Â
The former Karela United star has been one of the best performers for the Reds scoring two goals already in the 2018-19 CAF Confederation Cup.
Speaking ahead of the crucial encounter on Fox FM in Kumasi, Baakoh said, "We hope for a victory against Nkana FC. We know we have won the game already. We are not going for a loss we are going for a win. We don't even want a draw. Nkana is not an extraordinary team, we all play the same game and we are confident in securing the three points".
Asante Kotoko departed the Kotoko International Airport this afternoon and will spend the night at Addis Abba (Ethiopia) before emplaning the next day to Lusaka, Zambia.
