Communications Director of Asante Kotoko Sarfo Duku has revealed that there will be no special prize for his outfit ahead of CAF Confederation Cup clash against Nkana FC on Sunday.

The Porcupine Warriors will be pursuing to record their second straight win of Group C when they travel to Kitwe to battle Nkana FC on matchday three of the competition.

Asante Kotoko snapped back to beat Zesco United 2-1 a week ago at the Baba Yara Stadium having lost their opening game by 1-0 in Sudan against Al Hilal Omdurman.

However, Samuel Sarfo Duku, Spokesperson for the club speaking to Happy Fm stated vehemently that the players are already motivated to return home with the maximum points hence they there will be no need to add any extra bonus ahead of the match.

"We made the players aware that there is nothing like special packages for them. We don’t need to put something expensive on the line in order for them to deliver because they’re supposed to deliver as professional players," he stated.

Asante Kotoko leave the shores of Ghana today, February 20, 2019, to Ethiopia en route to Zambia as the club confirms its traveling schedule ahead of the crucial game at the Nkana Stadium.
