Chelsea will be hoping to extend their lead on top of the English Premier League table as they clash with Swansea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

With the likes of Manchester City and Arsenal not in action this weekend due to their opponent’s engagement in the EFL Cup finals (Manchester United and Southampton), a win for Chelsea would send them 11 points clear on top of the table.

However, Liverpool and Tottenham would also be battling it out for the second position as they would be desperate for three points in the various fixtures.

Tottenham would host Stoke City at the White Hart Lane on Sunday while Liverpool would face defending champions Leicester on Monday.

Leicester’s season got worse after the sack of Claudio Ranieri who gave the club its first ever EPL title last season but has struggled to defend the title and the club is currently relegation threatened.

Other games on Saturday include, Crystal Palace vs Middlesbrough, Everton would come against Sunderland while West Brom faces Bournemouth.

Elsewhere, Watford plays West Ham with Hull City battling it out with Burnley in an interesting encounter.
