Black Stars defender Daniel Amartey will earn an English Premier League medal after his side Leicester City were crowned champions with two matches to spare.

The defender who joined the Foxes during the January transfer window from FC Copenhagen in Denmark was feared not to be eligible for an EPL medal but according to BBC Africa's Nick Cavell, Amartey has met the minimum requirement of five matches.
