Former Asante Kotoko Forward Dauda Mohammed came off the bench to make his European debut for Belgium giants RSC Anderlecht as his side played a 2-2 drawn game at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium against Dede Ayew’s Fernabache.
Dauda was introduced in the 86th minute to replace Pieters Gerkens to mark his Europa League debut for the Belgium outfit.
Anderlecht took two goals lead through Zakaria Bakkali in the 35th and 49th minutes respectively before Michael Frey and Hassan Ali Kaldirim ended the thrilling tie all square.
Anderlecht and Fenerbahce were expected to challenge for qualification, but now face-off in a must-win encounter after both making poor starts.
The 19-year-old joined the Purple and White lads from Asante Kotoko last year but had to bid for his chance in the club's youth set-up.
