Ghana now ranked 52nd in World Football

Ghana has fallen two places in the latest FIFA ranking and are now  pinned to 52nd in the World.

Ghana in the last ranking were 50th and between August and now, the Black Stars have played two matches, drawing one and winning one.

Both games were played against Congo and it was a World Cup qualifier.

These results went into the determining the team’s position on the global rankings.

On the African continent Ghana is ranked 8th while Egypt, Tunisia, Senegal, DR Congo and Nigeria are in the top five places respectively.

Germany, Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Belgium, Poland, Switzerland, France, Chile and Colombia close out the top ten teams in the rankings.
