Week 21 matches of the Ghana Premier league were played at seven league centres. Kotoko seem to have turned on a new leaf after picking their 2nd straight win of the league season by beating Medeama 3-1 at the Baba Yara Stadium.

This game was seen as the clash of the week due to Medeama's fine form at the Baba Yara Stadium over the years.Goals from Evans Quao, Ahmed Adams and Saddick Adams handed Kotoko all 3 points on the day.

At the Bechem Stadium it was a different game as Bechem United rub salt in the wounds of Hearts of Oak as they suffered a second straight defeat in the league. A lone goal from former Kotoko striker Ahmed Toure was enough to hand Bechem a 1-0 victory.

Aduana Stars also took advantage of the situation that group leaders WAFA were missing in action to move on same points with a hard fought 2-1 over Liberty Professionals in Dormaa
