Hearts of Oak center-back Benjamin Agyare has been ruled out for three weeks due to an injury sustained during the team's training at Pobiman.

The injury keeps the talented defender away from the team's Sunday crucial game against Dreams FC in the game against Dreams ST. Nertey Memorial Cup at the Accra Sports Stadium

The 24-year has missed Hearts of Oak last three matches and is expected to be back in training in the coming weeks.

Coach Kim Grant confirms the player's injury to the media and hopes his player recovers early and joins the team's training.

“Agyare is recovering from his injury and hopefully in two to three weeks, we will have him in the team”, Grant revealed.

The silky guardsman joined the Phobians in a big money move from second-tier side Heart of Lions in 2018.

Agyare's ball playing abilities has helped him establish himself as one of the best centre-backs in the country.
