Former Liverpool star El Hadji Diouf has made a sensational claim about his move to Merseyside claiming it was the wrong decision for his career.

Diouf joined The Reds in 2002 from Ligue 1 outfit Lens after impressing at the World Cup in the same year, spending two seasons there before joining Bolton on loan and eventually making his move permanent a year later.
