Serie A giants Internazionale Milan and A.S Roma are interested in signing Ghanaian and Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah.

The versatile midfielder reportedly turned down a proposed contracted extension agreement from Juventus this month, putting Inter and Roma on red alert with the prospect of signing him.

Asamoah's contract expires in June 2018 and he can leave for free.

Turkish side Galatasaray who have been long-term admirers of the Ghanaian still remains his most likely destination if he decides to leave the Turin-based club in the summer, however, Milan and Roma are preparing their own offence in 'Operation sign Kwadwo Asamoah'.

Asamoah is in high demand

Several other English outfits are also assessing the Asamoah situation as his availability in the summer transfer window becomes increasingly likely.

Asamoah was scouted playing for a locally based club, which belongs to Kamara and was recommended by a scout named Charles Mensah Gapson to the late Alhaji Sly Tetteh, former CEO of Liberty Professionals. He joined Swiss club Bellinzona from Liberty Professionals and was loaned to Italian side Torino in the winter of 2007–08.

Asamoah and Udinese teammate Mauricio Isla both joined Juventus in July 2012 on co-ownership agreements, with Juventus paying €9 million for 50% of Asamoah's contract.

He made his debut on 11 August 2012 against Napoli in the 2012 Supercoppa Italiana, scoring a goal as Juventus went on to win 4–2 after extra time.
