Juventus have completed a £17.3m deal to sign Juan Cuadrado permanently from Chelsea.

Cuadrado has spent the last two seasons on loan at Juve where he has been part of the club's Serie A-winning sides on both occasions.

The 28-year-old has now put pen to paper on a contract that ties him to the Bianconeri until 30 June 2020, with Chelsea receiving the £17.3m (€20m) over three annual instalments to begin in the 2017/2018 financial year.

Cuadrado joined Chelsea in 2015 on a four-and-a-half-year deal having impressed at Fiorentina and with the Colombia national team at the 2014 World Cup, but returned to Italy shortly into his spell at Stamford Bridge after failing to replicate his form in the Premier League.

The winger joined Juventus on a three-year loan deal until 2019 in last summer's transfer window for an annual fee of £4.25m, but the Scudetto champions have now taken the option to make the deal permanent.

Cuadrado leaves Chelsea having made just 13 Premier League appearances for the Blues and failing to register a single goal.
