Black Stars head Coach Kwesi Appiah has joined several high profile personalities who have sent well wishes to Kumasi Asante.
The Porcupines were involved in an accident on Wednesday at Nkawkaw which resulted in several of their players being injured and the death of their kit officer.
"I heard Kotoko had an accident and even lost their kit officer, this is hard times for them, I wish them speedy revovery and they should accept my condolence.'
"I will continue to support and pray for them."He added
Kwesi Appiah played for Kotoko as a left back between 1983 and 1993. He went on to Captain the club and was a fan favourite at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
He is currently in the United States of America monitoring the performance of Ghanaian players in the Major League Soccer.
