Football administrator MNS Doe has been declared winner of the disputed Central Region FA chairmanship elections held two years ago, by a Cape Coast High Court.

Doe polled 24 votes as against the 26 garnered by his sole competitor Roy Arthur.

The administrator lost the elections in October 2015 but questioned the ineligibility of winner Roy Arthur. He sent the matter to Court for redress.

The case presided over by Judge Justice Dapaah has restrained Roy Arthur from holding himself as the Football Association Chairman.

This ruling means the veteran administrator MNS Doe will reclaim his position on the Ghana FA Executive Committee.
