Nestle Ghana Limited marked mother’s day yesterday, with an invitational fun games for mothers, at the Queensland international school, Sakumono.
The event, dubbed Milo "Mum and Me" was celebrate mothers through sports and fun games and to create an engaging environment for interaction with their children.
Head of business, beverages and coffee at Nestle Ghana limited, Funmilayo Osineye, said there was the need to put the event together in appreciation of mothers, “because they have done an excellent job in their quest to do everything possible for their kids to attain the best in life".
The fun day commenced with a 25km health walk from Nungua to the venue Queensland school at Sakumono estates where other events such as aerobics, sack race and penalty shootout took place.
