Rising sports network (RSN) are set to host their first invitational football tournament in Kpando, Volta Region.
Rising sports network is an up and running sports consortium which aim is to take sporting activities to a different level across the country and beyond.
The consortium engages in the organizing of all sporting activities, such as player recruitment and player management.
The tournament will kick off on the 8th of September 2018 at the Kpando Stadium in the Volta Region.
The competition will feature four local football teams namely Eleven wonders FC , Diamond Star FC, Score soccer Academy and Akpini Elete FC .
All the teams will compete for a giant trophy as well as a cash prize.
The event is powered by rising sports network in collaboration with Kwese TV, KFM TV , HSTV, Radio Kpando and Dayi FM.
The consortium which comprises of 7 team members which come from different backgrounds includes sports journalism, Accountant and Video/Camera Technicians.

Marketing manager of RSN, Eric Mensah believes that the tournament will live up to expectation.
"I must admit that this tournament will change many players life and create more opportunities for them to revive their footballing career",
