Mexico pulled off an upset as they beat 2014 World Cup winners Germany 1-0 in a Group F game at Russia 2018.
The Germans were favourite going into the game but that was not so as Mexico proved to be a tall order.
 The game was an end to end action with both teams attacking well.
Mexico caused the German defence problems anytime they were on the break, Hernandez and Lozano proved to be a handful for Hummels and Boateng.
It was one of such breaks that PSV forward Hirving Lozano took full advantage of in the 35th minute to score the only goal of the game.
In the 2nd half, both teams had numerous chances and Mexico could have won by a huge margin but wasted several chances.
Germany also created chances, pilled the pressure on Mexico but Mexican goalkeeper Ochoa was at his very best to deny the Germans from scoring.

Mexico defended well and held on for a famous victory against Germany.
