The national U-17 side sealed qualification to the U-17 World Cup to be held in India later this year after beating Gabon 5-0 to reach the semi-final of the ongoing African Youth Championship.
Ghana was ruthless against the host on Wednesday with skipper Eric Ayiah scoring his second brace of the competition, while Emmanuel Toku also scored twice with Patmos Arhin adding another to end the rampage.
The Black Starlets are now on six points and have advanced to the semi-final of the competition which qualifies them to the World Cup.
Ayiah is also leading the top scorers chart with four goals in two matches and expect to score more before the competition ends.
Ghana's next game with Guinea would be played on Saturday. Guinea drew 1-1 with Cameroon in their encounter on Wednesday.
