Management Committee member of the Black Queens Roy Arthur has tipped former Ghana Internation Anthony Baffoe to change the face of African Football, after his appointment as CAF deputy general secretary in charge of football development.Â
Baffoe was appointed on Thursday to assist Egyptian Amr Fahmy who is the main general secretary.Â
"His appointment to this position will be the new age for Africa Football and especially Ghana so don't be shocked to experience a paradigm shift in Africa because he is full of ideas," he told Starr Sports.
Baffoe's appointment comes as no surprise to many has he has been very active in football circles having served on a number of committee for FIFA.
