Chelsea's title hopes look very bright as they moved eight points clear on top of the English Premier League table after an impressive 2-0 win over Hull City at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

Diego Costa who returned into action after his row with coach Antonio Conte, gave Chelsea the lead in the first half before Gary Cahill doubled it up in the second half to give the Blues the vital three points.

The team is currently fired up as they hope to maintain their lead to win the title at the end of the season.

Victor Moses and Ngolo Kante were in the tick of affairs for Chelsea while Eden Hazard moved around to create chances for Costa and Pedro.

Chelsea would face Liverpool in their next game at Anfield next week Tuesday and would have to put up a good game against Jurgen Klopp's side to maintain the need.

Liverpool lost their game against Swansea on Saturday and would be hoping to get a win against the leaders in order to be in the title race.

It would also be a revenge for Chelsea as they lost 2-0 to Liverpool in the first round of the league this season.

Another test is up for Chelsea and they will be hoping to make another huge impression as they would play Arsenal after Liverpool's game.
