Coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko coach, Steve Pollack has signed a new deal to extend his stay with the club.
Details of the deal were not disclosed by both parties.
There were earlier fears the former Berekum Chelsea coach was likely to leave the club but all that has now been put to bed.
A statement on the club's Twitter handle read: ''Steven Polack signs contract with Asante Kotoko and stays as the Head coach of the club.
''Terms between both parties remain confidential.
The Englishman joined the Porcupines on a short-term deal last year and guided them to a 4th place finish in the Ghana Premier League.
He won the MTN FA Cup after beating Hearts of Oak 3-1 and will lead Kotoko into the Confederation Cup next season.
