Ghanaian winger Jeffery Schlupp played 75 minutes of football for Crystal Palace as they lost 2-1 to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in an English Premier League game.

Jeffery Schlupp who was recently injured has now started Crystal Palace's last two games.

Chelsea scored the first goal of the game when Brazilian forward Willian was able to beat a few Palace defenders before unleashing a shot from the edge of the box in the 25th minute.

Chelsea doubled their lead in the 32 minute after an own goal from Palace defender Martin Kelly.

The game ended 2-0 in the first half. Crystal Palace started off well in the 2nd half as their manager Roy Hodgson made a few substitutions which including Jairo Riedewald replacing Jeffery Schlupp in the 75th minute.

Former Chelsea defender Patrick van Aanholt pulled one back for Crystal Palace late in the game but Chelsea managed to clinch all three points.

The defeat leaves Crytal Palace in 18th position while Chelsea remains 5thn on the League table.
