Manchester United were held to a goalless draw against Crystal Palace at Old Trafford in the English Premier League (EPL).

Manchester United again suffered more frustration as spirited Crystal Palace restrain the home side from taking all three points after the Manchester Derby defeat.

Romelu Lukaku scored a tap in which was ruled out for offside after Wayne Hennessey produced a smart save to keep out Ashley Young.

But Palace, without a win in their previous seven league games and just above the relegation zone, created several chances to secure a first league win at the venue since 1989.

Patrick van Aanholt twice went close, while a header by Cheikhou Kouyate was also disallowed for offside.
